Refund Policy
Build Your AI is a digital product, delivered instantly after purchase. Because you get full access to the entire guide the moment you pay, all sales are final.
Our policy
Due to the instant, unrestricted nature of digital delivery, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, or after the guide has been downloaded. We do make two exceptions, covered below.
When we will refund you
- Technical failure: if the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or you're genuinely unable to open or download it, and we can't resolve it for you, we'll issue a full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate charge is refunded in full, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email buildyourai.official@gmail.com with your order number from the purchase confirmation
- Describe the technical issue (or note that it's a duplicate charge)
- Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method
A note for EU customers
Under EU consumer law, you'd normally have a 14-day withdrawal right on online purchases. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as download access is granted, provided you were asked to acknowledge this at checkout. Our checkout, handled by Lemon Squeezy, includes this acknowledgment as a standard part of the purchase process.
Refunds are processed through
Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Approved refunds are returned the same way the original payment was made.
